- Orientation: Along the guide track, mechanical fingers, guide rails, or air jets detect which way the bottle is facing. Bottles that are traveling neck-first are caught by hooks and physically flipped so they’re all facing the same direction.
- Neck-handling: High-speed models use a neck-gripping mechanism to rotate bottles to the right position.
- Transfer to conveyor: Once in the correct orientation, bottles are transferred downstream. If your bottle unscrambler has additional modules like air rinsing, this may also happen at this stage.
