The forming forming film reels are preheated bu sealing rollers which are servo-controlled with careful pressure monitoring to preserve product integrity. After inspection, the cutting and perforation systems chop the strip packets into the desired size. Printing systems can add batch codes, expiry dates, or other information.
The automated rejection system uses visual sensors to check for faulty strips which can be removed from the packaging line. Strips that meet the standard exit through a gutter onto a conveyor to the next packagin stage, typically cartoning.
