Before our flooring can be installed, the area’s substrate must be evaluated for integrity, as moisture or cracks could lead to delamination.

To create a clean surface with the right profile, use mechanical grinding or shot blasting before applying primers to ensure a strong bond to the base layer.

SaintyCo resins, like epoxy, MMA, or polyurethane, are mixed and applied on-site. This creates a smooth, level base tailored to your cleanroom class and usage.

Optional topcoats are added to improve the floor’s properties, like anti-static, antimicrobial, chemical-resistant, or anti-slip. Thickness and color may also be adjusted.

We offer fast-curing resins that are ready for use in as little as 4-8 hours, with full curing (for heavy-duty use) in 1-3 days. Temperature and humidity control expedite the process.
