What Does The Cotton Insertion Process Involve?

Bottles arrive from the upstream filling machine. Adjustable guide rails and timing screws automatically space the bottles as they enter the cotton inserter.
In our roll-fed systems, tension control rollers and guiding systems keep cotton aligned. Our pre-cut systems typically use gravity-fed or pneumatic feeders.
We offer precision rotary or guillotine cutters with single and dual-blade options. These cut the material to the pre-pregrammed length and shape, like an inverted “U” or spiral.
Depending on the machine, mechanical arms, vacuum suction heads, or push rods transfer cotton and align it with bottle mouths, often using servo-driven actuators.
At the next stage, cotton is inserted at the specified depth. You can adjust parameters like insertion force and how many pieces of cotton should be placed in a single cycle.
