Bottle Filling Line Applications
Several industries rely on SaintyCo following filling lines for their key operations. We’re a main supplier of pharmaceutical bottle filling lines for products like cough syrups and topical ointments. Our bottling lines are also used by clients in the cosmetics, personal care, food and beverage, chemical, and nutraceuticals industries for anything from soda to moisturizer, detergent, and more.

What Is A Bottle Filling Line?
A bottle filling line is a system of multiple machines designed to fill bottles, with varying degrees of automation. While exact configurations vary, a bottle filling line usually consists of bottle feeding, unscrambling and cleaning; dosing; filling; capping or sealing; labeling; coding; inspection, and outfeed.
SaintyCo bottle filling lines are compatible with many bottle materials, shapes, sizes, and volumes. Our various models can fill bottles with liquids, syrups, gels, oils, creams, powders, suspensions, powders, and solid oral doses like capsules or tablets. We also offer optional modules and functionalities, like desiccant inserters for moisture-sensitive products or CIP/SIP systems for sterile environments..

Bottle Filling Line Equipment & Machinery
SaintyCo bottle filling lines are made up of several stages, each performing a key functionality. Below is a breakdown of each component including optional add-ons.

In our automated systems, a bottle unscrambler organizes and orients empty bottles. In manual systems, a worker may place bottles into position.

SaintyCo bottle filling lines include optional cleaning and rinsing modules to remove contaminants and static. Options include sterile water, filtered air, or ionized air.

At this critical stage, the product is dosed and filled into bottles using piston, gravity, volumetric, peristaltic, or electronic counting heads, or auger or vibratory feeders.

Caps are sorted and fed into a system that applies them to each bottle top, then secures them using torque-controlled heads. Smart detection systems confirm positioning.

We offer optional induction sealing units to create tamper-proof seals, as well as desiccant and cotton wool inserters, often found in pharmaceutical products.

For branded products, we offer self-adhesive labeling modules. Key information like batch number and expiry date can be added via thermal transfer, laser, or inkjet printers.
Bottle Closure Systems
We support 31+ different closure formats. For example, T-caps, cork, pressure caps, and crown caps. Snap-on and pre-threaded screw caps are popular for standard pharma and nutraceutical bottles. We also offer child-resistant caps (CRC) and tamper-evident designs like pilfer-proof (PFP) and roll-on pilfer proof (ROPP) caps, as well as measuring caps, pumps, droppers, push-pull, flip-top, and more for easy product dispensing.

Bottle Type Compatibility
We design filling lines for a wide range of containers, most commonly round, square or oval HDPE, PET, LDPE, or glass, though we also offer systems for custom geometries. Our filling lines are compatible with vials and miniatures, wide-mouth jars, and specially treated containers like UV-protected bottles for light-sensitive formulations.

Why Choose SaintyCo For Your Bottle Filling Line

SaintyCo is an industry leader in turnkey and cGMP-compliant bottle filling lines, with a track record of successful projects spanning over two decades. If you partner with us, you’ll get access to our extensive engineering knowledge that goes well beyond what other manufacturers offer.
Our core values include integrity, transparency, efficiency, and value. When it comes to quality:cost ratio, you simply won’t find better than SaintyCo bottle filling lines.
Popular Bottle Filling Line Setups
SaintyCo bottle filling lines can be configured in various ways, depending on your facility layout and production needs. Here are some of our best-selling bottle line setups.

Our in-line solutions move bottles in a straight path through the various stations. They’re ideal for integration with existing setups and offer fantastic flexibility if you need to fill different sized and shaped bottles.

SaintyCo bottle filling lines with rotary fillers use a circular configuration and motion. This typically enables higher filling speeds, depending on the product viscosity. They’re ideal for large-scale and 24/7 production.

Our monoblock bottle filling systems combine multiple functions into a single unit. Their compact design saves floor space and minimizes contamination risk, critical for HPAPI handling in the pharmaceutical industry.

SaintyCo dual-nozzle setups can deliver two formulations into the same container, such as a double-chamber bottle. Common examples include two-part epoxy packaging, or cosmetics like 2-in-1 makeup remover.
Custom Levels Of Bottle Filling Automation
At SaintyCo, we understand that not every factory needs top-of-the-range automation, which is why we manufacture an array of cost-effective and entry-level options for smaller facilities.
We engineer automatic bottle filling lines that handle every single step of the process, from bottle feeding to labeling and inspection. No operator required.
These advanced systems are perfect for continuous production settings, with servo-driven modules, smart sensors, touchscreen HMIs, and SCADA integration.
Our bottle filling lines for smaller production runs, R&D, or pilot batches give you flexibility without the higher investment costs of full automation.
They typically require workers to manually feed, remove, and inspect bottles, while primary functionalities like filling and capping are automated.
